Syma Group is a private capital holding company, active mainly in the renewable energies sector, developing italian and foreign spin-off companies for Italian SMEs and Green Power Projects, with a special focus on Polish and Central-Eastern European region.
Clear Energy s.r.l
Is an indipendent power producer with long-term expertise in hydropower sector who offers to local authorities its collaboration and technical-specialist experience to carry out studies, designs and construction of new plants for the production of green energy (from renewable sources).
K2 Energie Srl
K2 Energie gathers entrepreneur partners from Cuneo, eager to support the developments of the RENX group and its commitment to a green and low carbon world. It operates as a holding company, participating in various projects, with the aim of structuring itself in the form of an IPP.
Energy 4 Future Srl
Energy for Future Srl aims to gather resources to identify, develop, design, build and operate wind and photovoltaic power plants in Italy and/or other EU countries. RenX Italia, partner and founder of Energy for Future Srl, provide and guarantee most of the activities through co-development and collaboration agreements.

Silvia Morello
Administrative manager of RenX Italia Srl and Clear Energy Srl. She has expertise in the areas of renewable energy plant management for all financial, administrative and corporate aspects.
Sylwia Hildegarda Bernaś
Since 2018 she has been President and financier of Syma Polska sp. z o.o., a company active in IT, business consulting and real estate brokerage.
Michał Krzak
Holds a degree in Economics - Administration and with a specialization in General Management. He is a founding partner and attorney of the RenX Italia in Poland. For RenX today he oversees the development activities of the Business Development team.
Aleksandra Surmińska
Holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a specialization in Production and Technological Systems Engineering. She is a member of the Project Management team of RenX Group where she deals with cross-cutting projects.
Alicja Gabryliszyn
Chemical Engineer, specializing in production management and industrial systems analysis. She is part of RenX's team in Poland, where she coordinates several renewable energy development projects across Europe.
Vito Vittore
Lawyer with consolidated experience in capital markets law and investment services, he assists banks, brokers, investment funds and companies operating in various sectors, particularly in the financial and energy sectors
Stefano Morello
Chartered Accountant and Auditor, partner of ABM & Partners in Vicenza, in addition to ordinary business consulting, he is specialized in the areas of M&A and international contracts.
Piotr Protasiuk
Holds a degree in Economics, specializing in Project Management. He is part of the Business Development team for the creation of new projects, negotiating land with public bodies and private entities.
Alicja Mikuś
Energy Systems Engineer, with a great passion for solar energy, graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw. She is team leader of the Project Management department of RenX Group.
